What the service is
Taylored French Admin Services offers administrative help: reading and explaining letters, filling in forms and making applications with you. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Decisions on applications are made by the authorities, and fees are not refunded if an application is refused.
Your details
When you send the form on this site, what you write (your name, email address, phone number if you give one, where you are, the topics you tick and your message) is sent by email to Kati. Nothing is stored on the website itself.
Kati uses your details for one thing: to reply to you and to help with what you asked about. They are never sold or shared, and you will not be added to a mailing list. She keeps your messages for as long as she is helping you, and invoices for as long as French accounting rules require.
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete what Kati holds about you, or object to its use. Write to tayloredfrench@outlook.com. If you are unhappy with the answer you can complain to the CNIL, France's data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
Cookies and counting visits
There are no advertising or tracking cookies here. If you choose a language, a small cookie remembers that choice for next time.
The contact form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a robot, is sending the message. Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
